Constable Trash Pick Up Information
A limit of ten (10) thirteen-gallon trash bags (or the equivalent) shall be collected each week at each household. If a resident has more than 10 bags, they can contact Constable to schedule a separate pickup and pay the provider directly.
Unacceptable refuse, that wil not be collected, includes tires, drums, hazardous materials, any item containing CFCs and construction materials.
All trash needs to be bagged in order to guarantee it is all emptied from the container. Any loose trash may result in blowing litter or trash being stuck to the bottom of the container.

Residential Yard Waste Collection.
Yard waste is unlimited and collected the same day as garbage and must be in either brown compost bags orin bundles of no longer than three (3) feet and no heavier than 40 pounds. Bundles over the size limit are subject to discretion of Provider as to whether or not they will be collected.
Holiday Schedule
2026
- New Years Day: Thursday, January 1st – Trash will be delayed by one day for Thursday and Friday pick up day.
- Memorial Day: Monday, May 25th – ALL trash pick up will be delayed by one day this week
- Independence Day: Saturday, July 4th – No trash delays
- Labor Day: Monday, September 7th – ALL trash pick up will be delayed by one day this week
- Thanksgiving: Thursday, November 26th – Trash will be delayed one day for Thursday and Friday pick up days
- Christmas Day: Friday, December 25th – Trash will be delayed one day for Friday pick ups
Bulky item pick up
One bulky item per month may be collected from each household. If a household has more than one bulky item, they may contact Constable directly and negotiate changes to be billed to the household directly.
Collection of bulky items shall be scheduled for the fourth pickup day of each month.
Bulky items include, but are not limited to, appliances, furniture and large electronics. Bulky items must weigh less than 100 pounds, with the exception of certain appliances that can be safely loaded by two employees.
