Home Association Solutions has a new portal to remit dues payments! 2026/27 dues remain at $310 this fiscal year. Please follow the instructions below to remit your payment online.

Go to: has.cincconnect.com
Click on “Request an Account”
(Desktop – Click Request Account tab at bottom or Mobile – Enter your email address)
1. Fill out the boxes: (“Name”, “Last Name”, “Email” & “Phone Number”)
2. Select “Home Address/Unit” (select by typing address in black box)*
3. Select “Relation to Unit” (most likely “owner”)
4. Create and fill in a “Password” and “Confirm Password”
5. Press “Request an Account” tab**
Home Association Solutions, LLC will review submissions and approve each (please allow up to 48 hours). You will receive an approval email or you may receive an authentication email requesting that you reenter your password which will allow you to login. You will then be able to login set up payment, etc.
*You must choose your address from the drop down menu. You can type in your address to narrow the search but you must select your address from the menu or your registration will error out.
**It can take a few hours for your registration to fully connect to the system. If you login and don’t see your balance immediately give it a few hours and log in again.
